With aromatherapy, in baths and massages we can benefit of properties of essential oils.
Recommended: Orange Blossom, chamomile, Mandarin, rose and lavender.
Recommended oils: tea tree, chamomile, Eucalyptus, incense, geranium, lavender, ginger, Mandarin, Rose, ylang ylang.
avoid: basil, citronella, clove, thyme, juniper, hyssop, Myrrh, marjoram, cypress, Rosmary, sage.
Hipertens people avoid: thyme, Rosmary, hyssop, mint, sage, cypress. hypotensive. avoid: Eucalyptus, lavender, niauli.
We recommend caution in inhalations as they can cause palpitations.
